Art Unleashed Sale Instructions

On the night of the Art Unleashed Preview Party, all guests will register in the Hamilton Hall Lobby and receive a buyer's form listing their name, address, phone and e-mail. Guests will have the opportunity to view artwork exhibited in the Arronson Gallery, Lobby, CBS Auditorium, Admission Welcome Center and Solmssen Court and its balcony areas.

Sales assistants will be available to help guests with the purchase of artwork. When a guest indicates that he or she is interested in purchasing a particular piece, the sales assistant will write the guest's name on a label and attach it with the artist's information and selling price onto the buyer's form. Multiple labels may be attached to each form.

The buyer's form is then taken to the checkout table in the Lobby where buyers have the option of paying for the artwork by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Checks should be made payable to The University of the Arts.
